Enabled a major public entity to design and operationalize a national transformation strategy from RFP to rollout

Designed a national innovation ecosystem model with strategy, governance, and commercialization pathways
Our team collaborated with a major government entity to develop a comprehensive white paper and execution model to enhance the national innovation ecosystem. We assessed systemic gaps in technology transfer, prototyping, and startup acceleration, and proposed an integrated structure—including centralized TTO, prototyping hub, and national incubator program. The work delivered strategic clarity, implementation frameworks, and economic impact pathways to align innovation policy with the Kingdom’s broader vision 2030 goals for localization, innovation activation, competitiveness, and value creation.
